"Pros: Equipment was fine, checkout was fine. Cons: The shuttle back from Spring Green was unecessarily slow. Unlike some other services they only come by 3 times a day, so you'll spend a lot of time waiting at the bridge after you've finished canoeing. My experience was that once we finally got going our bus took a half hour detour to stop at the Arena landing to pick people up even though we didn't have room for them, and then we didn't pick anyone up after all. A trip that should have taken half an hour ended up taking an hour and a half. They had a separate truck for our gear, and they managed to lose one of my bags. Did it fall out on the drive? Did someone else take it? No idea. They didn't seem too concerned that I'd lost a bag full of camping gear. "Oh sorry about that" was the best they could muster. Will not use again."

"Very accommodating with our plans and even watched our yellow lab while we were tubing for over 3 hours! Very nice float and the island stopover was great. People were all knowledgeable and nice."

"Great local business. Great service. Worked very hard to help us adapt to rough weather. Just completed our fourth annual two night canoe camping trip with Wisvconain River Outings, and we will be back next your for the fifth."

"Booking online was a little bit of a problem - but all worked out in the end. Our tubing day was fun! This outfitter got us checked-in quickly and on the river in no time. Would use them again. Thx WRO!"
