"Had a great experience with this outfitter. They had our boats ready for us when we got there. Nice boats, good orientation, nice maps, nice wood, nice dry bags. I felt very supported. No cell phone reception on the the river for me, but it was nice to have a number to call if I needed assistance. The shuttle was clean and on time. Nice, helpful staff. They made it easy! The river is beautiful!"

"My family and I tried to go tubing Labor day weekend after finding your website via Google. We looked for hours on the website, which said that you closed at 5 pm. I tried calling earlier that day, and there was no answer. We arrived at 3:50 pm, only to be turned away. I understand that there needs to be a cut off before close, but I would advise you to list that information available to patrons on your website. "

"Rented Kayaks from this outfitter recently. I really enjoyed the paddle on the Wisconsin and had a great day! The quality of the equipment was just OK-- the seat for the Kayak should have had a higher/more comfortable back. I would have given these guys a better rating, but they really need to work on the coordination of their pick ups. Several patrons complained that every time they do the trip, the pick up is at least an hour late; my trip was no exception. The pickup was scheduled at 3:30 and we did not leave until 4:30. More frequent pick ups and better coordination would have made this a better experience."
