"This is a beautiful state park! The camp ground is has lots of facilities, is close to hiking, and also close to the gorgeous beach with a playground. Picnic tables and grills are in the park. The waking trails aren't as well marked as some other state parks, so bring the map with you! There is a boat launch if you have your own boat, and rentals if you don't. "

"Such an amazing place to camp, fish, and hike. Spent my childhood camping here with family and returned to show my wife - and to my delight the place has not changed. It's clean, respectful of the nature around it, and large enough to get a bit lost in without being concerned about actually getting lost."

"It was a nice clean campground with many activities. Do not go here if you want to stay up past 11pm. Park rangers go around and ask you to shut it down for the night even if you are already whispering. Also the sites are very small and only feet from one another."

"Nice roped off area for swimming and lounging. There is also a playground and trails. There is a fee for park entry but you can use the pass at any state park that day. Grills for grilling out. "

"Good state park although you don't have all the hookups. Beautiful scenery and close to tourist stuff. We spent the day at Frank Lloyd Wright property and house on the rock which is just about an hour away. Highly recommended. "
