"LOVE this campground! Came earlier in this year and had to come back again! Stayed in the beach yurt both times. Perfect spot, right on the beach, close to bathrooms, pool, bar, and office! Only downside is the group of people beside us seemed to think we were a little loud and told the office. Office never notified us but that's fine! We were accused of staying up until 5 am! Crazy what some people will do for a refund and special treatment! I will definitely will be back!"

"The staff is great but the place is not very good. Our site was mostly gravel and the weeds were a foot tall. In these weeds is chunks of broken concrete and blacktop. The roads are very narrow making it very difficult to navigate with a large pickup and a 31' camper; so tight I nearly hit a fence. Also the lots are not marked, the water and electric hook ups are very far from the camper, and there is no sewer hookup. For $50 a day, that is pretty bad. This campground caters more to permanent residents. The lake is beautiful but this place has a redneck vibe to it. Not that it is the fault of this campground, there is no cell service at all. Surprising for being so close to Baraboo. If you like to drink and be obnoxious; this place is great. If you are looking for a nice spot to camp - go elsewhere."

"The staff was friendly. It's 100% seasonal site and yet they put on web site full hook available when and I water and electric. The site had more mud than gravel. The water was not clear. The seasonal site that they are trying sell look like a parking lot."
